Aim; Designed as a supporting document to assist employment consultants clearly define disclosed issues when sending job seekers to a job capacity assessment. Particularly beneficial with clients who find it difficult to communicate their disclosed barriers and/or mental health issues
Description; Identifies genuine barriers based on a profile of disclosed Physical/Medical, Medications, Psychological, Social and Vocational pathology for the purpose of assisting a Job Capacity assessment identify disclosed issues. Where possible, psychological pathology is described in terms of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 4th Edition, Text Revision.

Report; Includes detailed report identifying disclosed physical/medical, medications, psychological, social and vocational pathology, recommendations and action plan including referral where needed. [This is not a psychological assessment report](written report within 2 working days)

Work Attitude Profile
The Work attitude profile provides a comprehensive inventory of a person's current work situation that includes common attitudes and beliefs, as well as strategies for coping with job, family, coworkers, and supervisors. This inventory assesses the likelihood of job stability and helps to clarify situations the individual may perceive as career obstacles.

Employee Screening Questionnaire
To screen for counter productive work behaviours and positive work related qualities The questionaire is a personality-based selection assessment designed to identify job candidates who are most likely to be productive, accurate, provide excellent customer service, and remain with the organisation. In addition, questionaire identifies applicants who are most likely to engage in counterproductive work behaviours, such as theft, sabotage, absenteeism, and safety violations.

Mechanical Reasoning Test
The Mechanical Reasoning Test is designed to assess aptitude for solving problems requiring the understanding of mechanical ideas. It does not require mechanical knowledge or reading ability. This is a pen-and-ink diagram and covesr a wide range of content including wheels, gears, clamps, levers, sliding rods, shafts, pulleys, weights, conveyor belts, fixed and non-fixed pivots, and springs. The Mechanical Reasoning Test can be used for selections such as school-leavers or mature-age job changers, who aspire to occupations requiring mechanical reasoning ability such as mining industry labor work.
Manual Dexterity Test
The Manual Dexterity Test measures fine motor control or manual dexterity required in occupations involving assembling and packaging work, machine operation and production activities. The Manual Dexterity Test is presented in two parts. Part 1 focuses on speed and Part 2 on accuracy.
